I was gonna wait till I watched all of season 1, but I already got thoughts soooo.

Not much to say about the room makeover, I thought it was fine.
I like that even after Weiss promised to be nicer to Ruby, she still doesn't like Ruby's childishness. It makes sense, just because you can work with them in a professional setting doesn't mean you can be quite buddy-buddy with them. I kinda wished though that these episodes were longer cause it both felt too early & rushed. If we're keeping the episodes this length why not put another episode in between so we can build up Ruby's behavior? Both as a set-up for her childishness & her possible leadership skills. I don't hate how it was resolved, but it was kind of disappointing. The teacher is just, some dude to me. I would've liked it if Yang was the one to talk to Weiss about Ruby's behavior; as her sister she would be technically a more reliable source of Ruby than, some dude.
Yes, the teacher was talking about Weiss' behavior, but for all we know they only had that one class together. At least with Yang they would've spent some time together in a semi-intimate setting (& they basically already spend more time together, so Yang would know better anyway).
Still don't like the double ears.
I kinda wished Jaune was more into being a good student cause, y'know, he lied to get into Beacon. You'd think that he would try harder & know more. I wouldn't even mind him rejecting Pyrrha's help if he didn't sleep in class. (Also why does Pyrrha care?). I do like that Cardin blackmails Jaune, it's a pretty logical choice for a dude like him
